Born out of the necessity to perform more of his own music at performances, saxophonist Antonio Jackson takes the listener on a drive through the sunny terrain of Southern California with ‘wave-like’ smooth jazz tunes. A true departure to the well constructed jazz tunes of the east coast, the melodies are still right up the saxophonist’s alley. Take a ride with these smooth grooves and covers from Grover Washington Jr. and Impromp2.
